OMG, not living in Toronto I completely forgot. One of the best times I ever had was when I finished uni and my sister and I went out with my friend(classmate) and his boyfriend on gay pride saturday nite. They took us to a bar "Boots". What a blast! Just to have fun and dance(on the bar later in the nite) without any guy oggling or trying to pick you was an exhilarating experience. I did get hit on twice that nite and was weirded out by it.
Sadly, Boots was sold to some American hotel chain, owned by Mormons (I ain't making this up) and they closed the bar portion. Long shall we mourn Boots!!
